Until now!

Welcome to an accountability space designed to help you reach your writing goals and get your work out there. After just under a year of hosting a monthly writing meet-up through YA for WA, I heard a lot from other writers about how they wanted to write more, wanted to find competitions and opportunities to submit to, and wanted to actually hit the send button.

Let’s manifest that, shall we?

Once a month, we’ll meet via Zoom to catch up, check in, and talk about our goals. I’ll have a list of opportunities and competitions that we can send our work to every month.

If you’d like to join, express your interest to be added to an email list to which I can send Zoom links and submission round ups. If you’d like to subscribe to this newsletter while you’re at it, I would love that too! I’ll be sharing how my own writing and submissions go.

A couple of notes:

• You don’t have to write a short story a month. If you’d just like to be held accountable for your writing goals, you’re absolutely welcome.

• You also don’t have to submit monthly. The most important thing is that we finish those stories!

• If you find a few months in that it’s too much, that’s also okay! Give it a try but this a stress-free non-commitment. It’s there if you need a little boost.

• If you sign up, you don’t have to join every month if you don’t want to!
